Shipping & Delivery (EN)

 

1) Scope

We ship within Bulgaria only via Speedy - to office or address.

2) Production time

Custom items are typically crafted within up to 2 business days after order confirmation (and payment where applicable). During peak periods, timings may extend; we’ll notify you if so.

3) Transit time

Once handed to Speedy, standard transit time is typically up to 1-2 business days, depending on destination and courier schedule.

4) Methods & fees

Speedy delivery to office or address.

Shipping fees and available options are calculated and shown on the Checkout page before you place the order.

5) Payment

We accept cash on delivery or card (as shown at Checkout).
Where applicable, the courier’s COD service fee is reflected at Checkout - the amount shown there is your final payable amount on delivery.

Due to the nature of personalized products, which are made to individual order and cannot be resold, Spomena reserves the right, for certain orders to require partial or full advance payment. The terms of such payment are agreed and confirmed individually with the customer on a durable medium (e-mail, chat, Viber, etc.) before the order is finalized.

6) Tracking

After dispatch you’ll receive an email/message with shipment details and a tracking number (where available).

7) Undelivered/returned parcels (incl. prepaid)

If for any reason the shipment is not received/delivered and is returned (e.g., not collected from office, no one at the address, incorrect/incomplete address, refusal without cause), we can re-ship - re-shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
This also applies to prepaid (card-paid) orders: we will re-ship, with shipping at the customer’s expense.

8) Changes after dispatch

After handover to the courier, any changes to address/time/office must be arranged directly with Speedy via the notification/tracking number. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch.

9) Risk & title

Risk passes to the customer upon handover to the courier. Title passes upon full payment.
