TERMS OF SERVICE
1) These General Terms and Conditions are in force between:
"PETMA EOOD, entered in the Commercial Register with UIC 208460725 (VAT Number - BG208460725), with registered office and registered office address: Stara Zagora, str Dravska Epopeya 8, fl. 5, hereinafter referred to as the SUPPLIER, on the one hand, and the person who has agreed to these General Terms and Conditions, hereinafter referred to as the USER, on the other hand, in connection with the application and purchase of the offered goods through the online store www.navashine.com.
The user agrees to these general terms and conditions by using the online store www.spomena.com and/or submitting an order.
2) Scope
These Terms govern online purchases from Spomena.com (“Seller”) of jewelry and gifts, including custom/engraved items, with delivery within Bulgaria only.
3) Orders & Contract
3.1. Orders are placed via the site. The Customer is responsible for accurate data (including engraving text/files).
3.2. A contract is formed when the Seller confirms the order or hands it to the courier, whichever occurs first.
3.3. If stock is unavailable or an obvious error exists, the Seller may cancel/adjust the order and refund any payment, where applicable.
4) Prices & Payment
4.1. Prices are in BGN, VAT included, unless stated otherwise.
4.2. Accepted payment methods: cash on delivery or card (as shown at checkout).
4.3 Due to the nature of personalized products, which are made to individual order and cannot be resold, Spomena reserves the right, for certain orders to require partial or full advance payment. The terms of such payment are agreed and confirmed individually with the customer on a durable medium (e-mail, chat, Viber, etc.) before the order is finalized.
5) Production & Delivery
5.1. Production time: typically up to 2 business days after confirmation (and payment where applicable).
5.2. Delivery: via Speedy, typically 1-2 business days after handover to courier. Timelines are indicative and depend on courier/destination.
5.3. Shipping options/fees (office/door delivery, COD, etc.) are displayed at checkout.
5.4. Risk transfers upon handover to the courier; title transfers upon full payment.
6) Defect/Damage/Wrong Engraving (48h)
6.1. If an item is defective, damaged in transit, or the engraving is incorrect, the Customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@spomena.com, attaching photos/video and the order number.
6.2. After assessment we will arrange repair / re-make / replacement or refund, as applicable.
6.3. Due to hand craftsmanship, minor variations (approx. ±5 mm) are not considered a defect.
7) Returns & Withdrawal
7.1. Custom/engraved items are not eligible for return and the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply, as they are made to the Customer’s specifications (Art. 57 Consumer Protection Act). Exceptions: cases under clause 6 (defect/damage/error).

7.2. For non-custom items (if offered), statutory withdrawal/claims rules apply and will be described on a separate page (if/when applicable).
8) Commercial Warranty — 1 year
8.1. We provide a 1-year warranty from the order date covering: color change/fading, fading of engraving, damage to key parts (straps, clasps, etc.) under normal use.
8.2. Claims: email us at info@spomena.com with photos/video and order number.
8.3. Warranty covers repair or replacement. Return shipping is borne by the Customer.
9) IP & Customer-provided content
All site content is protected. The Customer warrants rights to submitted engraving text/files and holds the Seller harmless from third-party IP claims.
10) Invoicing for companies
10.1. If the Customer is a company and needs an invoice, company details must be provided at checkout or before issuance.
10.2. By law, an invoice must be issued no later than 5 days from the chargeable event/payment (Art. 113(4) VAT Act). If details are not provided within this period, we will be unable to issue an invoice afterwards.

11) Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages, courier delays, or color/appearance differences due to display settings/lighting.
12) Changes
We may update these Terms; the version published on the site at the time of order applies.
13) Complaints, Law & Jurisdiction
Complaints: info@spomena.com. Governing law: Bulgarian law. Competent courts: as per applicable rules.
