Each piece of personalized jewelry is crafted especially for you, so returns or exchanges aren’t possible unless there’s a defect or a mistake on our end.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos/video of the issue. Our team will assist you and guide you through the replacement or refund process.

If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and issued to your original payment method.

Frequently Asked Questions

We typically craft personalized items within up to 1-2 business days after confirmation. Once the parcel is handed to Speedy, delivery is typically up to 2 business days, depending on destination and courier schedule.

If production/engraving hasn’t started yet, we’ll try to apply the change. We can’t guarantee edits after an order is placed, so please contact us as soon as possible.

Languages/symbols: we engrave any languages, including Cyrillic and Arabic, plus special symbols. If a symbol/font isn’t suitable for a specific item, we’ll reach out.

Please double-check spelling/dates — content accuracy is the customer’s responsibility.

They depend on the engraving area. Short messages (initials/one word or ~8–10 characters) are most legible. Longer text is possible but will be smaller - we may suggest two lines/abbreviation.

JPG/PNG, original file (not a screenshot), good light/contrast; aim for high resolution (~300 DPI or ≥1500 px on the long side).

Bracelets: measure wrist circumference and add ~1 cm for comfort.

Necklaces: measure with a string; May add ~5 cm for comfort.

Tolerance: handmade items may vary by ±5 mm.

Our products use stainless steel — durable and more scratch-resistant. The plating is long-lasting with normal wear. To preserve the finish:

- Avoid prolonged contact with seawater and chemicals (pool, bleach, perfumes);

- We don’t recommend showering/swimming with the jewelry;

- Clean with a soft cloth, dry thoroughly;

- Store dry, away from abrasive contact.

Checkout shows the final amount. We accept card payments and cash on delivery (COD) (any COD/courier fees are visible at Checkout).

After dispatch you’ll receive SMS/Viber message from Speedy with all the key shipping details.

We can re-ship: re-shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. For prepaid card orders, we re-ship under the same terms (shipping at customer’s expense).
